Our Team
Mike Croslow has spent more than 30 years serving churches and ministry leaders both in the United States and internationally, much of that time on the mission field working alongside pastors and local ministries.
He later served as Executive Director of Harvest Church International, a nonprofit network of independent churches focused on strengthening ministries through collaboration, pastoral care, world missions, and leadership development.
Mike also served as Managing Director of BANCS Micro Financing in Kampala, Uganda, where he helped support emerging entrepreneurs through access to capital, business training, and mentorship designed to build sustainable businesses and stronger communities.
Today, through Croslow Advisory Group and Croslow Agency Mike works with pastors, churches, and ministry leaders to strengthen and protect what he often refers to as the three pillars of ministry: the church, the pastor, and their financial future.
Lori Croslow-Avant is an Investment Advisor Representative founder of AVA Wealth Group and brings decades of experience as a business owner and leader of large sales teams in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with organizations, entrepreneurs, and professionals to help them think strategically about growth, stewardship, and long-term financial confidence.
At Croslow Advisory Group and Croslow Agency, Lori works alongside Mike in supporting ministry leaders, churches, and families to help strengthen the overall health and future of their ministries. Her work combines thoughtful financial guidance with broader consulting to help leaders gain clarity, organize their financial lives, and prepare wisely for the years ahead.
